Personal protective equipment "PPE", is equipment worn to decrease exposure to hazards that cause illnesses. Personal protective equipment includes items like gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, respirators, or coveralls, and full-body hazmat suits.

SERVPRO supplies PPE to our crews to ensure their and your safety. We train each technician to use personal protective equipment and to know:

  • When it is necessary
  • What kind to use
  • How to properly put it on
  • How to adjust, wear and take it off safely
  • Limitations of the equipment
  • Proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of the equipment

If your home or business suffers a water damage you can rest assured that we are using the proper PPE to ensure your safety.
